I was getting estimates for a bathroom upgrade and called them. They sent out their “bathroom guy”. We were looking for some suggestions and also shared some things that we wanted replaced. After he saw our bathroom and heard that we didn’t want to gut the entire room and replace everything my feeling was that this job wasn’t big enough for the company to take on. Instead of just telling us that he proceeded pretend to have an interest and told us he would get back to us with an estimate and other suggestions. We never heard back. I guess a $20,000 plus upgrade isn’t worth the company’s time. Don’t waste your time with a phone call.

Innovative Building & Design, LLC did a new roof for us a little over two years ago. Looked beautiful, but when we had a big rainfall a little over a month ago we had leaks in the roof in multiple places. I contacted our rep and he was nice at first, but now no one will return our calls to complete warranty work.😞

One of their employees stole from us and used our clothing to clean up after themselves they stole special Christmas decorations lights and child ornaments and took Sheetrock that was ours and billed us for it aswell

Got an estimate 04/03/23, said he'd get it out to me the next morning- never got an update, so I checked in a few days later, no big deal and then said he'd get it out to me Friday (4/7). It's now 4/19 and STILL have not heard a word back. Will be going with a different company. The time it takes to hear back about an estimate-you could probably get all your work finished with a different company at that point. Don't recommend
