Sales / Project Consultant
Type: Full-Time |
Pay: Commission-based with uncapped earning potential ($60,000–$150,000+/yr depending on performance)
What you’ll do: Meet with homeowners to assess their project needs, provide estimates, guide them through the process from first call to signed contract, and manage the customer relationship through completion. You’ll be the face of Innovative Building & Design in the field.
What we’re looking for:
• Self-motivated and competitive — you drive your own results
• Strong communicator — you can explain complex projects clearly and build trust quickly
• Experience in sales, construction, or customer-facing roles preferred but not required
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to perform basic roof and exterior inspections (we’ll train you)
• Storm damage / insurance claim experience is a strong plus

Field / Installation Crew
Type: Full-Time |
Pay: Competitive hourly wages based on experience + performance incentives
What you’ll do: Work alongside our project managers and crew leads to install roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and other exterior systems on residential and commercial projects across the north metro. This is hands-on skilled trades work — you’ll be on job sites every day.
What we’re looking for:
• Experience in roofing, siding, windows, or general construction preferred
• Comfortable working at heights — roofing experience especially valued
• Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in finished work quality
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions
• Team player — our crew takes care of each other on the job

Office / Administrative
Type: Full-Time |
Pay: Competitive salary based on experience
We’re in a growth phase and expanding our office and administrative team. While we may not have an immediate opening at all times, we’re always interested in connecting with organized, detail-oriented people who want to be part of a growing local business.
Roles may include: office coordination, customer service, project scheduling, accounts receivable, and marketing support.
What we’re looking for:
• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Experience with CRM systems, scheduling software, or project management tools a plus
• Customer service background valued
• Someone who takes initiative and doesn’t need to be micromanaged
